🛑 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
💿 Returns

However, because DVDs are a copyrighted physical media product, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, unless it is defective.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original shrink-wrapped packaging.

You must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
⚙️ Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at service@dvdhubs.com within 7 days of delivery.
Defective DVDs include unreadable discs or manufacturing faults.
Slight damage to outer packaging that does not affect disc playability is not considered a defect.
Upon approval, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a defective DVD for the same title, please contact us before returning the item.
🚚 Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us at info@dvdhubs.com for instructions.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you are returning items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
